Martin & Co have provided a good service with respect to the letting of a flat belonging to a family member over the past 5 years. They have also been helpful in finding a new tenant very recently. Based on my family member's experience I would recommend them as a managing agent.

The initial letting contract was clear and concise, the moving in process was easy, and any problems encountered with the property during the tenancy, were quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. Being 1st time landlords overseas I have found Martin and Co of York very professional and efficient. They made everything clear from the start and if I had any questions they got back to asap. I didn't ask for any other property management quotes as I liked the attitude and professionalism of my first contact/meet with one of their staff members. They didn't come across as pushy and looking for the hard sell. They helped me with this new process of property management, they where always on time, followed up calls/meetings. New I am a landlord I am struggling slightly with the confusing statement set up and how I am invoiced however I am sure they will be happy to help.

So far so good. The York Staff are very friendly and seem very organised. They found me tenants within a few days of being engaged.
