I have been using Martins for over ten years and find them to be very helpful especially when carrying out works where maintenance is concerned, finding new tenants and sorting out the general problems you have when being a landlord. The service is prompt with the minimum amount of fuss and delay enabling a quick turn round especially when the property needs re-letting. The staff are easy to get hold of, knowledgable, and helpful especially Mike Cole and Rachael Wallwork who have years of experience between them. Repairs and maintenance are by approved contractors only and have always been reasonably priced without the additional 10% fee levied to either the contractor or tenant unlike other letting agencies I've previously used. The property is always presented to a high standard to new tenants and the cleaning contractors they use are of the highest standard. It's well worth paying the monthly management fee for piece of mind, letting them take the stress and hassle of dealing with all the property issues.I would highly recommend them!
