Ewemove have made moving much less stressful than it could have been and have restored my faith in estate agents after having bad experiences with other companies. Would recommend 100%.

I contacted Ewemove in early March for a free valuation and interest in selling my home and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received from Grant at the Basingstoke office. We had multiple buyers over the asking price which was a fab start. Then, when there were lots of difficulties that cropped up along the way with solicitors problems, our original purchase falling through etc Ewe Move always kept us updated with what was going on and helpful. We chose Robert and EWE Move Basingstoke, as we had seen many houses in the area had been for sale with other agents and then after a few months had swapped to EWE Move, then we would see the sold signs soon after. From initial contact Robert was very responsive, and professional. We were given a very detailed report explaining how they ascertain the correct price to list, which you could tell had time and experience put in to it so we decided do use this recommendation. We had 7 viewings in the first 9 days and these were carefully scheduled together so to cause us minimum disturbance. Personable, patient and kind at every point! We were very fortunate by chance to have Grant at Ewe move Basingstoke as the agent for our sale and our purchase and he made the whole experience as positive as he could the whole way throughout. We had a lot of unfortunate twists and turns due to the economic climate and uncertainty in the market, but Grant was available to keep us informed with great advice. It’s also important to note that he was mega patient with 2 super anxious buyers/sellers who had loads of questions and needed constant reassurance. Not only did he do a great job of selling our first home, he did a great job of selling us our forever home too and I’m almost embarrassed to say I’m a bit sad we won’t get to talk again now he’s done the job!
