The staff appear to get 'first choice' of sale properties before they are advertised. I don't think it is fair to other buyers if the estate agents buy themselves properties, ('to let' out as holiday lets), prior to the public seeing a 'For Sale' sign, advertisement online, or details in a newspaper. OK, it is great news for sellers to have a quick sale, but properties should be available for ALL potential buyers to have an equal chance to purchase. Perks of the job maybe, but unfair. Seems to be a widespread practice with estate agents everywhere!
