Really disappointed regarding this agency as I had booked a viewing to buy a property, this was booked for 10:30am so was my first one for the day hence I woke up early in the morning for 100 miles drive , arrived at the property earlier than should and waiting there until 10:30 then waiting there another 20 minutes and all this time trying to contact them over the phone ( no answer). Only after Facebook message I got an reply and they call me back saying apologies for this and saying to reschedule for today ( I agree to do it after 2pm as I was booked with other viewings) no one called me back and at 12:55 when I called them to double check what happens automated voice mail answer saying the office is closed. Will never approach them or recommend them.
