I had a very disappointing experience with Belvoir. I was looking for an apartment for myself and my young family during the winter. I contacted the agency, provided all necessary paperwork, and explained my situation (I didn’t have a share code due to a pending government application). After submitting everything, I received an email stating that the landlord was happy to proceed with my application, and I was asked to pay a holding fee. However, after I made the payment, I received another email saying the landlord was no longer able to move forward with me. I lost both the holding fee and the opportunity for the house. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Belvoir based on my encounter.
