Whilst TW were anxious and very enthusiastic to get my late father’s property onto their books, I cannot say they continued that enthusiasm through the sale and marketing of the property. I had to chase them for feedback on viewings. The sales person I dealt with tried on many occasions to push quite forcefully for me to accept a lower offer than I was comfortable with. In fact my buyers used TW also. We agreed how dissatisfied we were with them and we shared phone numbers and did most of TW work for them. Post sale I didn’t even get a ‘thank you for using our services. Please consider us again if you need to market another property’.Whilst they were polite and reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend TW in the slightest.

Each time I called this company, they would tell me that price of houses have been agreed upon, but when I still look on Zoopla, it will still be available. I think they have a particular set of people they sell to

To view a property, with this agent, you have to fit in with their viewing times. Not what works for me, the potential buyer. No flexibility.

AVOID! Tried to arrange a property viewing 3 days in advance but they didn’t call back. When we chased on the day they said it was too late to arrange what we had requested. The agent was extremely rude and offhand.

We have just completed on a sale of our Mum’s house through another Agent, having decided to terminate our agreement with Tower wills back in autumn 2021. We originally marketed the property with TW and we did quickly secure a buyer. However, after 7 months wait, in what was the hottest market in years (summer2021), the sale was not completed and we eventually pulled out. Throughout that period, we had to chase TW constantly for updates. Regularly, they did not return our calls or we had to wait days (sometimes more than a week!), before getting callbacks. We were given erroneous Information a lot of the time and we always felt that TW simply did not care about our case and the amount of time it was taking to complete on the sale. In all the years that we have dealt with estate agents, this has to be, by a distance, the worst experience we have ever had. Hence the 1 star rating.
