We bought our first home recently and have just finished moving in.The lady who showed us round was lovely and Howard was really helpful. They were so patient with us, I was heavily pregnant and we wanted to wait til lockdown was lifted and the baby had arrived. we decided to just go for it eventually, not knowing how long lockdown would last.They have been very thorough, reassuring us that we can contact them with any questions even throughout lockdown. If we should ever decide to sell (unlikely!) we would use Towers Wills to do so.
