Paul and his team are quite the exception in the world of estate agency. I've never had such honest and helpful conversations about the property we are taking to market. He was realistic about pricing and the communication was fantastic. To feel that the agent is 'on your side' is vital and previous experiences have felt more like agents have been less than honest to gain the business and tie you into a contract. Ewemove is a refreshing change. Use them! Having now moved and had time to reflect I maintain that Ewemove, specifically Paul and Anita, were the wisest decision we've ever made when undertaking a 'move'. The quality and attention to detail in Anita's photographs were an incontrovertible factor in how quickly the property sold (two days!) Thereafter, Paul's communication and 'gobetweening' was the reason that we felt less stressed than previously when selling a house. (Paul may dispute this!) Even in the last few days before exchange when things got a little tricky further down the chain, Paul kept his cool and ensured that the wrinkles were smoothed and tempers calmed. We would not hesitate to recommend these guys-you get a first-class service and anyone that can give you unfettered feeling of trust and confidence when selling a house is a rare beast indeed and should be shouted loudly about..
