Really pleased with my purchase. Nic was extremely responsive, he guided me through the process from start to finish and periodically chased anything which needed chasing in relation to the purchase. Other colleagues at the branch could also easily assist if Nic was unavailable, I never put the phone down without having my query answered.

Very recently bought a house through them. We dealt with Nick May who was very helpful. He responded promptly to my many emails, called regularly to check on progress and finished by personally handing us the keys. They organised a number of visits to the property for us, always allowing a decent amount of time to look round and for us to measure up. I only wish our dealings with the conveyancing solicitors was as easy!

I live in Cambridgeshire and was selling my property in Yarm so the distance made this a challenge. Michael Poole were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional and organised things on my behalf which I couldn't do due to the distance, such as arranging times for the boiler to be serviced and letting the company in.
