This was the second experience we had with Michael Poole. First purchasing last year and now selling. After deciding to move back to our home town we originally tried to save some money by using a free online agent (what a massive mistake that was!) after a couple of months we rang Michael Poole, they came out instantly to value our property, did a few viewings for us and sold it quickly to a perfect buyer! Nic, Gill and Derek were all a huge pleasure to deal with and made the process smooth and easy keeping contact throughout. Thanks again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy!
