We arranged for three local agents to value our mother's house, and chose Starkings & Watson not because they gave us the most optimistic valuation, but because they seemed the most genuinely interested in the property. I'm so glad we did, as they are personable, commited, helpful and dedicated, and we are extremely satisfied with the service they have provided. Dominic, who valued the property, and Samuel and Amy who we've had most contact with since, deserve special mentions for going out of their way to do a great job.
