Poor service & poor communication. Enquired about a property listed and was told i’d receive contact within 24 hours from the relevant member of the team. Had to chase this enquiry the following two days to be told the same thing. Property i was interested in was then removed from the website and I still had no correspondence despite being promised by multiple people. Very frustrating and disappointing.
