Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic throughout our whole process. At first we met Rebecca through viewing a house with her, she was very lovely and informative of the house that we were looking at, it was clear that she knew her clients very well. Although we did not end up offering on any of the houses that we viewed with Rebecca, after speaking with Rebecca we realised that she was our buyers estate agent. Unfortunately we made the wrong decision of choosing another estate agents William H Brown who have not contacted me once since accepting our buyers offer - Rebecca has kept us informed every step of the way with our buyers even though this is not her responsibility.
