We originally put our house on the market with the old town office of Richard James in May 2024 - we had Alex as our estate agent who was brilliant and sold our house quickly twice. Unfortunately once the process moved into the sales progression we had a terrible experience with the old town office on numerous occasions so asked to be reallocated a different sales progressor in the company - as we were purchasing our next house through the wroughton office we were thankfully allocated Jade. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received once Jade took over - she was constantly in the know, gave timely updates and was transparent about everything which is what we had hoped for from the beginning.
