My main reason for using Richard James was because I heard that their service after selling was equally as good which I found reassuring! My property sold quickly, and soon after Hayley, their sales progressor, got in touch to explain her role. She made me feel completely looked after, relaxed and updated throughout the whole process. There were a couple of set backs, with the buyers house falling through, but they soon sold again and the communication from Hayley throughout that time was perfect. Great communication, friendly, helpful, took that house selling stress away.
