Fredy was extremely good to deal with. Always returned calls and did what he said he would. It felt like he really cared. A true professional. Hayley was on the case, always available and did a worthwhile job. At the start, I couldn't see the point of her role but as things moved forward, her preparedness to get involved and find out what was happening was invaluable.
