We didn't chose to go with Richard James for the sale of our house, but we certainly wish he had. We went with an online estate agent with absolutely ZERO after sales care. Hayley Walden in the Wroughton branch was our sellers after sales negotiator, she was great and chasing solicitors (mine, our sellers and even our buyers solicitors).
