Excellent friendly service from everyone I came into contact with at the Wroughton Office. In particular I would like to single out Hayley Walden who was superb in many ways, not only in terms of keeping us informed about what was going on and answering our queries, but also by being pro-active in following up and in responding quickly and in detail. House selling is nearly always a trying experience but having Hayley there at all times right up to Completion made a huge positive difference. Also the fact that she was always in contact with the buyers and their solicitors as well as ourselves throughout the whole process meant that we were far better informed about what was happening than if we had to just rely on dealing with our solicitors. Plus everything done in a cheerful and positive manner. Invaluable. Well done Hayley.
