Rented a property from belvoir and i know not to do that again, the customer service is useless, had problem after problem in the property and informed belvoir constantly, legally a property is uninhabitable if there is no heating, they could not of cared less, payed 6 months upfront and left after the third month it was unbearable, after leaving property, did not get any refund whatsoever so lost out on 3 months worth of rent, even when i did complain about all problems the staff were just rude, and did not care less, when i left property the company had the cheek to deduct costs to clean the property even though the property was in better condition than when we moved in, i don't understand how the company won awards it completely confuses me i do not recommend
