We have been using Flatfair for around 2 years now and can honestly say its a great product. It offers our tenants flexibility with lowering move in costs and gives the landlords extra reassurance with 10 weeks cover instead of 5 weeks. We have seen the process all the way through many times now and even at adjudication stage much fairer than the standard deposit providers. Also the company customer service values are great with quick responses. We have the best support from our brilliant account manager Sandy and Emma is also always on hand for help too.
