Good alternative to deposit scheme. As long as you keep property in good condition a one off payment is just the job. Moving so expensive so if you can cut down on paying out this can be for you. Obviously if you do not look after property you will liable for damages etc. If you a good tenant it is great as not waiting around for deposit etc. Straightforward process.
