Carly and Sarah are superstars!

Our journey started in June 2025 when we quickly decided we would like to sell our first home and buy our forever home to accommodate our growing family after seeing a property listed for sale that we would think would be perfect for us. I contacted Martin&co Worksop on the Friday and spoke to the lovely Sarah and she booked our house to be valued in the Monday. Carly came to value our house and straight away I felt at ease and comfortable. Carly is extremely friendly, professional and approachable. Both Carly and Sarah made everything so simple and easy. We didn’t have to do a thing! Once we were happy with the valuation of our house Carly and Sarah booked us in on the Thursday for photos of the house ready to go live! Before this they came to take a quick video at the front of the house and uploaded the video to online platforms to ensure people saw and were aware our house was going to be available for sale later that week. Unfortunately the house we originally put our house on the market for sold quickly but Sarah and Carly reassured me and gave us hope that everything would work out…and it did! We not only accepted an offer on our first home but Sarah and Carly were able to find us our dream family home in an area we wanted to move to. From accepting the offer on our first home to completing on the sale of our forever home only took 9 weeks! Both Sarah and Carly were really helpful when it came to chasing solicitors when we had not heard anything. They are a real asset to the team and we will forever be grateful!
