I employed Northwood to investigate possibility of increasing a protected tenancy rent that had not been adjusted since 2008.The work was carried out by Anthony Arnold (Branch Manager) who investigated process, carried out all paperwork, liaised with the Rent Officer and secured an appropriate rent rise, keeping me regularly informed of progress at all stages. Excellent would certainly recommend and use again.
