Management of our Rental Apartment. The initial advice given regarding the best package for us was considered and balanced - we have had no cause for disappointment in the choice we made. The flat has only been without tenants for about one week in 6 years - most importantly tenants have stayed for prolonged periods. This is in large part due to both the recruiting criteria employed and ongoing service offered them by the agency. Ongoing response to maintenance issues has been prompt, efficient and has always secured rapid resolution. Work completed by those contractors hired has been of a high standard. Harriet and her predecessors have all been excellent at managing this aspect of our contract. Jonathan not only advised us well when we first embarked upon our contract but offered invaluable assistance when we decided to finish renting in order to sell.
