Brilliant

Harriet has been fantastic at resolving a variety of issues whilst I have been a tenant through Northwood, with clear communication and promptly provided solutions. All members of the team are helpful, and will pick up and deal with problems in the absence of others - which is a real point of difference compared to my previous experiences.
