Outstanding

I had a property through Northwood - that when I firstly met Rob. Due to my personal circumstances I needed to move ASAP. After showing me around the property to which he was polite, friendly and professional. I was very grateful how quick, efficient and maintained in great communication with me, whilst arranging paper work. Which reduced my stress massively! Throughout my tenancy he always remained polite with a can do attitude. I then has regular contqct with Harriet whom's customer service was excellent. She understood how sometimes communication was a problem due to my working hours. Harriet always left me a message/email and understood I'd get back to her. She was always polite over the phone. Extremely friendly with again a can do attitude. When ending my tenancy. I had viewing to arrange to view the property. Both Rob and Harriet respected that it was still my home that I lived in. Worked to do show arounds when it suited me. Respected my home when doing the view in by removing shoes. Wasn't invasive and respected my privacy! Shame over staff didn't. Northwood would do better with agents like rob and Harriet. They are fantastic at what they do! With the correct work attitude!
