Inspections are part of what we are required to do on behalf of owners to check that properties are being looked after. Once we are confident that is the case however and we have got to know new tenants better over time, we are sometimes able to reduce the frequency of such inspections. We want you to feel happy and settled living in your new home and if you would prefer a longer tenancy term at some point, we would be more than happy to discuss this.
