We rented with Northwood for just over 18 months and the level of service provided was superb. From the first viewing and up until our recent exit Northwood ( Jonathan,Rob & Harriet were our main points of contact) were extremely helpful, courteous and proactive. We had two minor maintenance issues, with a vacuum and freezer, in our time and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the team. I couldn't have asked for better service if i tried! I would highly recommend Northwood to anybody in the Worcester area.
