I have always found Jonathan of Northwood, Worcester, to be very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable about the Letting Industry and the Letting Laws. I have used Northwood for 13 years. Before I went onto the Platinum Scheme (which is the guaranteed rental fee each month, whether your property is rented out or not), I had some tenants who unfortunately could no longer pay the rent. Jonathan managed to negotiate with them for them to leave without having to go through the courts and incurring further costs; I was very grateful. Northwood also procured tenants for my father's rental, and gave my father extra advice on how to self manage the rental, which was beyond their remit, and my father was also very grateful. Furthermore, I have always found the maintenance department and Harriet, to be very efficient, and very reasonably priced. A few years ago, my conservatory developed a leak, and I was told I might have to replace it. However, the maintenance man came up with an idea that solved the problem, and it only cost £60. Again I was very grateful. I would highly recommend using Northwood Letting Agents.
