Rented through Northwood for nearly two years and they made the whole experience so easy. We had a bad experience previously renting from a different local agent and we were nervous when changing properties. Northwood never made us feel like we were at fault with anything and were always happy to help. We only had 1 minor maintenance issue in the whole time we were in the property and it was sorted straight away no questions asked. The move out procedure was so smooth and easy - it made the whole thing so much less stressful than we were expecting! They always tried to accommodate any requests we made and for that we are truly grateful. Thank you Northwood! Would 100% recommend.
