Fantastic year of service

Absolute first class service from everyone I have dealt with at Northwood right from the very first time I met Rob in February 2019 when I was thinking of renting out my former home. The rent guarantee scheme they offer is very secure and has worked out very well for me. Rent is paid on time every month. I have had a few issues to deal with (I live 75 miles from my property now) , new carpet, boiler and shower needed due to the age of the property, not through lack of care by the tenants. All sorted very promptly and efficiently by Lauren and the contractors used by Northwood are polite, punctual and easy to deal with. Quite simply, no issues whatsoever in recommending Northwood to anyone considering entering the rental market. Jon, Rob and Lauren have all delivered first class service. One very satisfied customer who has just entered into another 2 year contract after having my 1st contract for 12 months. Would not go anywhere else!
