With a 100% online process, the team at Northwood handled my application process from start to finish and handover to the landlord absolutely seamless. Even when referees took too long to respond (or not at all) they kept me informed and got the job done. They are also one of the few organisations to actually follow up on referencing leads that landlords are charged for, but are generally ignored by others.
