From the minute we enquired about a number of properties Robert fully understood our overall requirements and contacted us to arrange a viewing for the right property (not just the first one that came available within our budget). From the viewing to application Robert and his colleagues have maintained contact with updates on the application and also move in dates etc. Sadly communication is very lacking with some other agents. An all round great service from Northwood Worcester, would recommend above any others I have dealt with.
