OK so where to start with

OK so where to start with Northwood. First word Excellent. We looked at properties with a few agencies in a heated market and properties differed but service levels with other agencies were generally terrible. For example, only doing video viewings, letting tenants show you around, outsourcing referencing and then messing it up. What happened to a basic decent level of service where you see a property, meet the agent, like it and do an application? Thankfully Northwood still operates professionally and like this and makes it all easy. Rob the agent who showed us around firstly was professional, friendly and polite, he followed up when he said he would, gave us first viewing when we missed out on other properties as promised. In the office Maria, was super helpful, and extremely professional with all documents electronic, clearly set out with explanations of payments, and easy negotiations with the landlord over payments etc. Above and beyond, responsive and just great to do business with. Now we've moved in there's the usual small inventory items to update plus some requests and we've found Lauren to also be excellent as the property manager, responsive and nothing is too much trouble to explain or ask the landlord. To cut a lengthy review short, Northwood Worcester are simply superb. They put other Worcester agents to shame!
