At our first meeting I was impressed with Robert's professionalism and friendly manner. He has always responded promptly to my emails with excellent advice and has always been extremely helpful. As I live abroad, it is important for me to be comfortable with an agent who is trustworthy and efficient so I would highly recommend him and Northwood. I have also been in contact with Maria who is also very prompt at responding to any questions that I have had.
