Rob is simply the best!! From the first phone call I knew Rob (and Northwood) was the right relationship and partnership for my Wife and I as first time landlords. Rob's knowledge, experience and advice helped us navigate the unknown. What REALLY impressed us was Rob's knowledge of HMRC's non-resident landlord scheme. Rob made us feel at ease with his knowledge and experience. We also felt that Rob was honest, trustworthy and reliable. Whilst we hope there are no "issues", we do know that if/when we encounter any we've got the best partners to help work with us to overcome them.
