Nicol & Co have been excellent in helping us with our house. We had a number of viewings booked in and had an offer within 1 day of going on the market. Communication is great and everyone is professional and friendly. Our sales journey hasnt finished yet, but it has been a great start thanks to Nicol & Co. Thanks to Alice, Kelly and the team.

We recently sold our house with Nicol and Co and they were amazing. From the valuation right through to completion they were all professional, friendly and proactive. We really enjoyed working with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in future. They produced a lovely brochure and even before it was listed they were calling round contacts to book in viewings. Special thanks to Ellie and Lauren, and to Kat who did our sales progression - you were all brilliant!
