Nicol & Co were both excellent in selling our house and in purchasing our new house. When there were issues, these were sorted quickly and professionally and the right pace was applied in all areas. Notably Kat, Nick, Molly were excellent, and apologies, but I can remember all names, but anytime we spoke to anyone, they were great. Highly recommend.

We have just sold and purchased our new property through Nicol and Co. The process has been excellent throughout. We had sold our property after just over a week on the market and got some great advice from the Worcester team. Dan has been incredible throughout, answering our questions at literally any time of day or night at times, it’s felt like he would do anything to get us sold. Alice has been excellent communicating with us and our buyers, plus getting lots of people through the door and Matt spent a long time showing us around and talking us through the house that we have gone on to offer on. Plus lots of others have helped get us over the line in various ways - great experience, thanks Nicol and Co Worcester.
