We have recently completed on our house that was for sale with Nicol & Co. We had many issues with the chain below and above prior to exchange. During the process, Nicol & Co provided Kat to assist with getting the chain to exchange and completion. Kat was amazing she offered me advice, support and went above and beyond with getting the chain to completion. Kat is a credit to the company, thank you Kat, we got there in the end and we are settling in our knew home very nicely.
