I have been working with Peter from Martin and Co for the last 7 years to rent out my property in Worcester. At no point through those years have I ever felt the need to even look at changing companies. When looking for an agent all those years ago it was important to find someone that was going to support myself and my sister in our new journey in the rental market but are still going to charge a reasonable rate. We spoke to three or four companies and Martin and Co came out by fair the best. Supportive, professional and treated it as if it was their own house they were going to rent out in the they found and recommended tenants etc. Also the way they charged, we found this fair on us as landlords and for our tenants. A lot of companies either charged the landlord extortionate rates or the tenants which could put the tenants off your property. The service has always remained the same - brilliant. They have always found tenants for our property and have fully supported us however the could. Also the staff rarely charge which is a great sign. You get to know each other well and work with each other. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

Rani Grieve, Operations Director at Martin & Co, runs a very professional office. Her sales and letting teams are very proactive and professional. We have bought a number of properties through Martin & Co and the Lettings team with Ella and Harriet is extremely competent. They handle all our letting properties with efficiencies and our properties are never left empty for long when our tenants want to move on. The back office Admin team is very good as well as they prepare the annual statements for us to file our tax returns. With Martin & Co, we are worry free property buyers and landlords.
