Whilst looking at one property, the agent informed us that there would be a more appropriate property that fitted our needs. We booked in for the viewing a few days later and we were successful. The agency use DocuSign, which allows tenants to sign documents electronically - this helped speed up the process of securing the tenancy. Additionally, they were considerate when I asked to pay the first month’s rent and deposit at a later time (meaning I was not under any financial constraints). When it came to our move-in and collected our keys, I was grateful that meter and water readings were conducted the day before; reducing the stress of ensuring no electricity or water is used. Katie Mincher, the agent that dealt with our tenancy, replied to queries quickly and was always happy to help. This was especially needed because we had not moved into a rented property before.
