Shockingly bad. Christopher was over familiar and at times very patronising . He did not effectively vet prospective buyers and clearly doesn’t understand the words ‘offers over’. The whole impression was cheap car salesman rather than professional agent. This seems to be quite standard across the industry though.

Unprofessional valuation appointment back in april with an unprofessional call just now asking if I had sold my flat from someone who seems to care more about the laughs and giggles going on behind her than person-centred customer service. Use someone else

Extremely disappointed. Viewed a property with CJ Hole, lost the property by 1k Few months later property is back on the market, they didnt even have the courtesy to contact me as I was one of the highest bidder. Instead put the property live and sold it to someone else. I called them and asked why? They sounded very cold to me. These sales people are all the same, your best friends when they want your business. Anyways they definitely have lost my trust from them, and my portfolio.

Called to view a property less than 24 hours it was listed on Rightmove 18th June. I wanted to view ASAP as I was in a position to offer having no chain, 40% deposit and an AIP. I was told I couldn't view as they already had 20 viewings booked and they weren't accepting anymore! They said it was at full capacity. I asked if every viewer was in a position to proceed and the man at the end of the phone said yes. Really? I was so frustrated. The irony is they didn't even register my details, I purchased a property within 2 days with another agent who was amazing and the property I wanted to view with CJ Hole is still for sale a month later in Baldwin Road, Stourport! Are you really doing the best for your vendor? You certainly aren't for your potential buyers. Fingers crossed you will do better in the future. 🤞NegativeQuality, Professionalism
