Bit of a slow start with Solicitors etc. but once everything was received from the Vendors, Megan kept us informed regularly

Our transaction was protracted for various reasons but everyone at C. J. Hole did everything they could to help us through it. Finally completed!! Thanks in particular to Georgina and Chris.

CJ Hole were great in helping us with both the sale and purchase of our homes (and they are good value). James was great when he valued our property and was prompt in communication with us. We also met Peter at a viewing who was very positive and keen to help us secure the home we wanted. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the purchase of our new property took a number of months and during this time we were contacted by a number of different negotiators (most recently though we spoke to Simon). Earlier on in the process we felt that we didn't always know who to expect when they called or when we called them and this (at times) caused some confusion about where we were in the process. Other than that, we are grateful to them for getting things sorted for us and we got the keys to our new home the week before Christmas :)

Sam at CJ Hole Worcester was a pleasure to do business with. He was throughout our purchase most personable and helpful. He handled difficulties with a tenant and with solicitors with a great mix of assertiveness and courtesy. Many thanks Sam!

If you're buying from CJ Hole I think you'll have a better experience than selling with them. They weren't very proactive with our sale, it took ages to sell when every other property on our estate were going fast. At some viewings the agent had to leave as he'd booked at another property. In the end we basically sold our property, as agent left us to show them around and do the 'sales pitch'. Did feel throughout the sale process they were siding more with the buyer than looking after our interest. Add insult to injury on the day of completion they wanted us to take the keys to their office as they were all 'busy'.
