The one thing that stood out from the moment we first sought prospective agents was the difference an ISO 9001 acreditation would make. The agent gave us a detailed form to complete about the property we were selling, which would then enable the agent to answer potential buyers questions. What a good idea, its a pity not all agents do this. From first hand knowledge of buying, I know how little so agents know about the property they are selling, or are unwilling to try and find out. I liked the marketing , the good quality property plans which I FEEL ARE VERY IMPORTANT to purchasers brousing the internet. We were able to use the agents services to track the buyers of our property progress in the purchasing, and they kept us informed, did acompanied viewings, which enabled us to still go on hoildays or weekends away whilst the property was being marketed. I would recommend these agents. Even the initial valuation appraisal was good, with a realistic valuation, not something that was unachievable. Good quality product, delivered in efficient mannor.
