Fantastic service
I was recommended using polkadot by a friend of mine who used to be an estate agent. They made a fantastic impression from the start with great customer service. They showed a keen interest in the property and the work we had done renovating it. They had all the agents visit and familiarise themselves so they were well equipped to answer any questions during viewings. The marketing material and pictures are of high quality. They supported us through the difficulties and challenges presented by a long chain and the current pandemic. I couldn't recommend them enough, such a great personable team.

Simply the Best!
Polkadot deliver, they don’t just talk they delivered what they say they did. David Price and his team are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The attention to detail in pre-sale preparation and then in the selling process was excellent. David in setting out what Polkadot would do was brilliant. Colette in the selling process was on top of everything. After a sale was agreed Jenny stayed in regular contact and gave great support until contracts were exchanged. We can’t speak highly enough of the team at Polkadot.

First class service
David, Colette, Jenny and the team were amazing from start to finish with the sale of our home. Professional, dedicated, and always went the extra mile. Truly a different experience!!

So friendly and easy to deal with THANK YOU
The team were so friendly and enthusiastic with my house buying, it made for a usually stressful time quite bearable. Estate agents were not top of my Christmas card list after a horrible experience previously with our house falling through. Colette, Jenny and the rest of the team restored my faith in estate agent's, and helped us in every step of the way, to get the house of our dreams. I can't thank them enough. Great team with excellent service and can do attitude!
If you want an agent who does what they say they will do then go to Polkadot. All of the team are extremely hard working and professional - and they know all about your property as they all visit it to understand exactly what they are selling. They are a great bunch of individuals with a sense of humour when they need it. A can do attitude runs throughout the business, which we found is a definite nesessity in selling particularly through the many stages. They are all very tactful at all times even when you feel like throwing your teddy bear out of the pram. Once our sale had been agreed we were extremely impressed with the follow up service particularly from Jenny and Colette who did everything they could to make sure the exchange happened on the agreed date. There were many obstacles put in their way from other involved parties, which quite frankly drove us up the wall, however they kept their cool and us sane and we exchanged on time. Jolly good show
Polka dot were friendly professional and kept me consistently up to date, With every stage of the process. Other participants in the process where less forthcoming with information and seemed shrouded in cloud of mystery (SOLICITORS gaw bless um) Thanks would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly . No-Brainer
If you live in Polkadot’s area - choosing them as your agent really is a No-Brainer. David really knows what he is doing. He also negotiated the purchase of our house in Scotland for us. The whole exercise was painless and money-saving! I guess David has hand-picked his staff. This is an effective Team (and I do know what I’m talking about here). The competition? There isn’t any. I was so disenchanted with the reputations of other agents that I initially went with an online company. When that proved ineffective in my location I found the relatively new Polkadot. Look no further. Just use them.
