I sold my house with polkadot and was impressed from beginning to end and I don't say that lightly about estate agents. They went beyond their role in selling my house, kept me informed all the way through and even got a builder to check a query on the house.

WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS OF PROVIDENCE PLACE

Little did the team know what a challenge they had asked to take on, when they walked through the doors of Providence Place. Expecting to market one elegant exceptionally large house, but in fact marketing TWO just as exceptionally elegant smaller houses. They helped and learnt about the pit falls of splitting one house into two. Dealing with the planners, and authorities was a mammoth task, but they keep going, hitting one problem after another, when most other agents would have thrown in the towel, But no they kept pushing their way through all the red tape, impatient purchasers, and persistent purchasers !! Till finally after a very long year, we all made out the other side. We can not prise the team higher for their hard professional work.. Thank you POLKADOT

Very professional and friendly team

David and his team set a very high bar and demonstrate "best in class" for their professionalism in the stressful experience that is moving house. From the advice that Deanna gave when we first looked to put our house on the market to the support the team gave us through the whole process until we actually moved, they were excellent. Jenny in particular was fantastic and helped us reach exchange of contracts and then completion. Without her hard work, calling each of the solicitors and buyers in our chain I think it we would still be in our previous house. Thanks Polkadot

Highly recommended for what is a very stressful process!

David, Rebecca and Jenny looked after us fabulously. There were planning issues on the house we wanted to buy and they dealt with the situation very professionally and communication with all parties was first class.. They also worked hard with lots of good quality prospects to view our home (no time wasters!) and got us the price we wanted for the home we were selling. As relatively new estate agents in the area they must be giving the local competition a serious run for their money! If I ever move again they will definitely be my first port of call.

I can't speak highly enough about the whole Polkadot team - they were professional, genuine and understanding throughout with a far from straightforward sale. If they keep up these standards they are destined for success.

What can I say other than that Polkadot really are a breath of fresh air. I found dealing with the team a real joy and everything they said they would do - they did. Sounds simple but you'd be surprised how poor service is rampant these days. Can we say a special thanks to Jenny who went the extra mile with everything she did for us.

Fantastic service all the way!

Polkadot are Estate Agents that are so different from any other out there. The whole team work tirelessly with drive and enthusiasm, they are compassionate and care about their customers as they would their friends, not only did they sell our home they helped us with buying our new one (even though they were not the agents for the property). My husband and I really cannot recommend Polkadot highly enough.
