Well informed and knowledgeable regarding the area, were up to date with all things a seller should be aware of during the viewing stage. They have a very proactive, supportive, approachable style towards the sales process, providing feedback from prospective buyers and helping make difficult decisions regarding pricing. Dealt next with Paula who kept us updated on how the Sale was progressing and should a problem arise, she got straight onto things, chasing answers and letting us know that things were back on track.
