We rented through Northwood for six years and had a consistently positive experience. Communication was always excellent, and any maintenance issues were handled promptly—or, when delays were unavoidable, the team did everything they could to support us while waiting for landlord approval. Dan has consistently gone above and beyond for us, and TJ has also been fantastic. We felt genuinely supported throughout our tenancy and even after it ended. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Northwood again or to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.
