Very pleased with the advice given in the initial stages of preparing our property for marketing. Katie was extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. They have marketed and arranged viewing on a regular basis and appear to have judged the market well. We have yet to move to a sale, but hopefully that will prove to be just as effective.
